The free airport transfer is handy; it’s only a five‑minute drive from the airport (when traffic isn’t heavy) and next to the Catholic Church of São Francisco, and everyone at the hotel is friendly. The bed pillows are very hard, the hotel’s public area is cramped, and the reception is an open‑space with the entrance facing the road.

“How about: Disappointing stay overall, but very close to the airport.”

The hotel is very close to the airport, which was convenient and only took about 10‑15 minutes. They let my friends leave their luggage in the lobby, which I appreciated. I wanted a bigger room, and after some delayed communication they arranged a paid upgrade for me. I liked how much better the communication became for that request and was glad they could accommodate it. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, nobody helped with my bags and my room wasn’t ready on time. Even after it was ready, another delay happened because my room key didn’t work. The cleanliness was disappointing, especially the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly and the floors had a slippery film. The shower was left switched to the handheld head so water sprayed everywhere when I turned it on. The main shower head also clearly needed cleaning as most of the nozzles were blocked. The soap dispensers were glued to the counter and didn’t look properly wiped down, making the bathroom feel more like a public restroom. There were also no face cloths provided. Breakfast was dismal. Flies hovered around the food without adequate deterrents. I decided to order from the menu instead but wasn’t served within a reasonable time, so I left and found breakfast elsewhere. I ordered room service, but at checkout one of my items wasn’t listed, so I had to pick the nearest option, which delayed checkout. Nobody offered to help with my luggage when leaving either, and you have to use steps or a steep ramp to reach the elevator. I had also arranged airport transport through the hotel, but after hearing another guest have issues with their shuttle, I decided to organize my own. When leaving, my car was blocked by another guest loading their car while the other bay was occupied by the hotel car, so I needed security to help me get out. I also didn’t feel comfortable walking around the area alone as a solo traveller. It’s definitely not somewhere I’d recommend if you want a quiet place. There was loud music until late and constant traffic noise. The soundproofing wasn’t great and I could hear a lot of what was happening outside my room. Sorry, but I won’t stay here again.

The location is pleasant, near the airport yet still cozy by the main streets. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is fine, not very large. The pool is nice and there’s even a fire show.

The pool is nice and the staff are very friendly. It’s centrally located and close to the airport, though you have to walk a bit to reach the beach.
