Nothing at all – don't stay unless you enjoy dirty sheets. The place was filthy: carpet stains, someone’s socks left in the room, and the beds weren't changed after each guest left. I was told bedding only changed on weekends, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. Every new guest deserves fresh, clean bedding; the overall cleanliness was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend it.

Nothing… A lot to say: First, when we arrived the front deck was covered in sand—unclean and dirty. Second, the interior was very dirty, especially the bed sheets that were clearly not changed from previous guests. It was a high price for what we received, and we were so disgusted we had to eat out all the time, raising our expenses beyond what we expected. I think the cleaning before our arrival was just a quick swipe inside and taking out the trash bag. Very unpleasant experience…
