The room was clean, but we never got our deposit back because they claimed there was red lipstick on a towel, even though there was none.

The hotel was close to the downtown event, but there were too many homeless people, roaches on the floor, a dirty restroom, and they moved us to an upstairs room even though I had a broken foot; the keys didn’t work and I had to go down and up the stairs again.

Nada. La atención fue muy mala. En realidad una mala experiencia.

The staff were friendly. There is safe parking with a gate locked at midnight. The neighborhood isn’t very safe, with homeless people around.
