The staff were great, yet during breakfast nobody appeared. The breakfast itself was poor, and if you arrive later you only get leftovers.

The accommodation is very central; we rode our bicycles to Prague and could safely store them. The staff were very friendly. The location right by the station was no issue for us—although our room faced the station, we slept well and the trains didn’t disturb us. The hotel is a bit old, but that didn’t bother us. The only reason we lowered our rating is the urine smell coming from the bathroom.

I booked at 20h, and the reservation was listed as open until 23h. When I arrived at 22h, I was told the hotel was closed. I insisted, citing my confirmation and payment, and finally received my room an hour later after an English phone call with a manager to whom I had to send a screenshot of my bank account to prove I had been charged. The price was high as well.
