Localização, but the street state was problematic.

We were pretty disappointed with our stay - the cabin was way off the address given, and getting there was a real hike up a mountain. The outside area was overgrown and the cabin itself had water stains on the ceiling. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all and the windows were just wooden frames, so it was freezing inside. We ended up not staying because of all the issues, but with some fixes on maintenance and clearer descriptions, this place could be something.
