The location was great, just a few meters from the Obelisk, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Every time I used the shower, the bathroom stayed “wet” and the hotel staff said that’s how it is. The room was cold, and the pillows were old and dirty.

The breakfast and location were good, but the Wi‑Fi was unstable, the mattress was awful, and it was very noisy.

The accommodation was spacious, well lit, and in an excellent location. The staff were helpful and very polite. The bathroom is American‑style, with only half a shower enclosure, which leaves the bathroom very wet after a shower.

The place itself and the rooms were very comfortable, and the location offered views of the Obelisk. I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included in the rate; other hotels we saw had it included, and another one made it hard to sleep because of loud noise around 1 am, and I only got a response from reception at 5 am. It was nice but could improve.

O problema do hotel é que é um VELHO HOTEL REFORMADO. Elevadores da época da fundação de Buenos Aires. Box do banheiro, não tem porta, vira aquela molhadeira. Aí pedimos toalhas para secar o chão; reclamaram. Atendimento péssimo, arogante do Daniel da portaria. Olhar com desprezo ao hóspede. Eu nunca vi um hotel na vida não ter taças de vinho, pratos, faca etc. para oferecer ao cliente. Deram-me um copo descartável de café, para tomar vinho. E um pratinho, garfo e faca de plástico. Localização e café são bons
