The room is spacious and very pretty, exactly as shown in the photos, with its own terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea. The location is great, close to many restaurants and the historic center. You have to go up a floor by stairs to reach the elevator, which is very small. The room we got also required climbing a steep, dangerous staircase inside the property.

The location is just perfect and the view from the room is very nice. The room itself was very clean with all facilities available. Our room was on the top floor, and because the stairs are very narrow and steep, getting our luggage up there was quite a challenge. The building is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). It would be helpful if this were made clear at the time of booking.

The room was truly beautiful, large and spacious, as was the bathroom. Federica was extremely kind and let us drop off our luggage as soon as we arrived in Palermo, even though the room wasn’t ready yet. Everything was spotless and welcoming, just a step from the main street and 1 km from the station, so we walked everywhere.

The bathroom and equipment were solid, and getting to town was easy. The downside was the nighttime noise, and the elevator felt claustrophobic.

The spot was excellent, just a short stroll to the city centre, yet it stayed surprisingly quiet, which we appreciated. The flat had every item we required.
