The rooms are lovely, the host is excellent, the location is great, breakfast is nice, and having a fridge and kitchen equipment is a plus. The pool is good and the restaurant recommendations are excellent. Nothing negative.

The room is large with a walk‑in closet and an enormous bathroom, equipped with a small fridge, a microwave, and coffee/tea supplies, well air‑conditioned, and the small pool with lounge chairs is pleasant. Every morning a different specialty is served for breakfast. The host, Maxim, is helpful and attentive. Nothing else to add.

The breakfast is excellent and very filling, the room décor is perfect, the bed is comfortable, overall cleanliness is flawless, and with the air‑conditioning it’s ideal. Absolutely nothing to change; the welcome is very warm, the place is secure, well‑located, tree‑lined, and the quality‑price ratio is excellent.
