The staff were super, and we loved that there was a small bar where they offered food, drinks, and snacks. The location was great for our family, and I appreciated having a room that could accommodate 6 people instead of just 4. The pillows were a bit lacking, but everything else was great.

The room was clean. Arriving late at night, we were asked to leave a bank card as a deposit in case we damaged anything, even though the room was fully paid for through Booking and no deposit was mentioned. When we refused to leave the card, the staff member said they would cancel our reservation without a refund. We then tried other options and she said we could leave 200₴ in cash, which we agreed to, but if we had no cash we would have been thrown out onto the street. Also, the room price included breakfast, which the staff did not inform us about. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed worn walls, peeling paint, dirty carpet in some areas, and the photo of the room looked completely different from what we chose. The next morning we got our cash back, but these issues were a real turnoff. The hotel is also far from the main road. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not.

Nice place, and the staff were very helpful. Nothing else to note.

I was pleased with my stay, as the room was spotless and the breakfast was truly exceptional. However, I felt that the hotel was fairly priced, which somewhat tempered my enthusiasm. Overall, it was a solid experience.
