The location is very beautiful. The food, whether lunch or dinner, was not good.

A huge thank you to the whole hotel team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and quick responses. Even though there were some hiccups at the start of our stay, you handled our request seriously and found a solution fast. Special thanks to Guest Relations staff MOUNA who greeted us, listened, was available, and acted professionally; her attentiveness and effort really made our family vacation enjoyable. Thanks again to everyone—great stay, we recommend this place and give it a top rating.

The biggest strength of the hotel is definitely the staff: everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special shout‑out to Mr. Mouna. The food was varied, very good, with plenty of options. The room was clean, beautiful, and had a pool view. Thanks for everything; see you next time ❤️
