“Good value for money, very well located, European vibe and standards”
Well located, very clean, nice rooms. No desk in the room, no fridge. Breakfast with limited options and not teas after 930 am despite multiple requests

The location was spot‑on and the rooms were fantastic, with especially comfortable beds that made the whole stay amazing; I’ll definitely return.

The hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere, though the breakfast was very basic.

The front desk team was helpful and courteous, and they even supplied a refrigerator, which I appreciated. We enjoyed the happy‑hour drinks and the bartender’s friendliness, and the daily breakfast was good, all within a 10‑ to 15‑minute walk from the hotel. The building’s design was striking and unique. On the downside, we had arranged for daily maid service, but one day I had to call the front desk and the service didn’t arrive until after 4 pm. We were also given two water bottles that were never refilled, toilet paper was not replaced, and dirty glasses and cups stayed in the room for two or three days. Towels weren’t replaced either, so I had to bring them down to the front desk myself. This was frustrating, especially since the hotel was not busy at the time; I can’t imagine how it would be when it is.

The location was fine, but the room was extremely small, and the front desk clerk’s greeting was not pleasant. Parking cost almost $200, which is insane. The free continental breakfast offered very little variety; the strawberries were overly ripe and the cantaloupe was hard and bitter. The bathroom sink had brown residue draining before I could use it. When I asked room service to take out the trash and bring clean towels, nothing happened. The happy‑hour menu had few food items but more drinks.
