I appreciated how the cleaning ladies were so welcoming, but the door wouldn’t lock and there was a hole in the shower with a plastic bag inside.

I tried to check in early at 9:00 a.m. on 8/11, but the hotel was already fully booked and there was no room available.

Room was small but clean. Temperature outside was mid to upper 90’s. The air conditioning was inadequate. After 4 hours of turning temp down it was not cool enough for me to spend the night, I left and did not spend the night

I booked a room the day before so I could check in the next morning, but the front‑desk lady wouldn’t let me in. I had been awake for over 24 hours working nights and kept being told to return at 9:00 or 10:00 and speak with the manager, so I found another hotel instead. I returned that evening to discuss it but had no success. When I asked for a refund because I never checked in, they said I’d have to come back and they’d help, but that didn’t happen either.
