The suites are very beautiful and well‑equipped, and breakfast on the terrace is delightful. The staff go above and beyond, offering constant welcome and assistance. It would benefit from better maintenance; it’s not a boutique or resort, just suites on a 10‑hectare natural area. The beach is small and accessible to all boats, so it isn’t truly secluded.

The place is heart‑warming! If you want an unforgettable experience, try Borgo del Cannitello. Surrounded by stunning nature—capers, olive trees, vineyards, and a crystal‑clear bay with exceptional dedicated services. Everyone on staff is extremely kind and caring; we thank them again. The view of Etna and Stromboli overlooking the sea is mystical. We’ll see each other soon. Thanks again. I had to leave.

The view was nice, but the stay was very disappointing due to numerous service failures. We arrived at 15:15, the official check‑in time, yet the reception was empty; after several phone calls we could only check in after almost two hours. In the room we found a large spiderweb, no hand soap, and an opened juice in the fridge. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, with stale, low‑quality items. The most serious issue was the complete lack of running water from 6:00 until about 14:00 the next day. We expressed our dissatisfaction and were told a refund would be considered, but we never heard back. The property does not present itself as a resort, and the outdoor areas are poorly maintained. We stayed a second night only because no alternatives were available on the island.
