Everything was clean, and the hair conditioner and toner were all available. The room isn’t large enough for two people.

It’s spacious enough and the staff are excellent. It’s a bit far from transport, but everything else was adequately secured.

The location is quite convenient, especially for visiting the castle, though the street feels a bit isolated and Google Maps led us astray every evening. The room isn’t small, it just stretches in length, and it includes a soda and ice dispenser. A Neapolitan bar a few meters away is handy for those who want an Italian‑style breakfast. The window can’t be opened, which I already knew from other reviews.

The rooms were beautiful, welcoming, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and just a short walk from the Karasuma‑Oike metro; a few stops bring you into the city center. Some services are missing, like a laundry and luggage delivery, but everything else is great.
