The location is great, close to the beach and the strip, but the property wasn’t the cleanest—humid air in the units, jet tubs spewing nasty residue, and a check‑in staff member who was very rude. When I raised concerns about a recent review on unexpected fees, I was told “why did you book?” and told not to return, which was unacceptable. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel is near a lake, restaurants, and shopping, yet the shower had no water pressure and the AC made a clunky loud noise.

The location itself was very quiet,and secluded.The Alpine room was big, beautiful,and clean. Had almost everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The location to restaurants and shops,and Stateline casinos was only a 10 min walk. The over abundance of mirrors seemed excessive. The television needed to have actual live,local television,all it had was a small number of cable channels. The neighbors next to us,one night, were having a drunken fight,and there weren't any hotel employees,or front desk staff to call. All of these are minor,except for the last part. I would stay here again
