The property itself is pleasant – there’s a pool, some animals roaming around and a big outdoor area – and the staff were friendly enough. The downside was the room we stayed in: it smelled of mildew, had spider webs by the door, the shower barely produced water and the air‑conditioner didn’t get cold at all.

We felt right at home at Sítio Toca do Leão – the owners are extremely attentive, the setting is cozy and family‑friendly, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed stay.
