The receptionist handled the situation well

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was a real issue. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the walls were paper-thin. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its flaws.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, I couldn't check in. I'm not sure why this was the case, but it was a major inconvenience. The hotel seemed nice, but the fact that I couldn't get into my room was a huge letdown. I'm hoping they sort out their check-in process soon.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room was a mess, with a dirty toilet and a smelly room that made it hard to relax. To make matters worse, the water heater was broken, and the fan in the toilet wasn't working. I was also surprised to find that there was no towel provided, and the door was broken, with a tiny lock being used as a temporary fix. It's clear that the management isn't prioritizing guest comfort, or they wouldn't be having guests stay in a room like this.
