Avenida Paulista Quarto Privado Independente

“Aceptable cuarto - Buena estancia”

Great location, good value for money, the host is attentive to requests, and the private room is functional for a few days in San Pablo. The circuit breaker knob works poorly, switching from hot to cold water repeatedly, and the room door needs fixing.

The place is right in the middle of everything and the host was quick to answer any question I had. The apartment is just the right size for a solo traveler—cozy but not cramped. I’d definitely stay again.

“A estadia foi boa, atendendo às expectativas com relação à custo/benefício”

I spent a month in São Paulo and used this flat for two weeks; the location can’t be beat—just a short walk to the metro and plenty of shops. The unit is basic but clean, offering good privacy for the price. The only thing missing was a filtered water source.

The host was incredibly helpful, stepping in right away when there was a mix‑up with my registration and keeping communication smooth. The room is modest but comfortable, with a private bathroom, fan, mini‑fridge, microwave and even a small electric stove—everything you need for a short stay. The neighborhood is fantastic for getting around, though the doors and paint show wear and I noticed some dust under the bed, so a deeper clean would have been nice.

“Básico”

The spot is in a great part of town and the welcome was warm and attentive. While the location is generally convenient, it could be a bit closer to the main attractions for my taste. Still, the overall experience was pleasant.
