Everything was wonderful, the service was subtle and pleasant. Nothing else.

“Experiência maravilhosa”

We’ve now stayed at this hotel three times and it’s always beautiful, comfortable, stylish, and perfectly situated; the staff were extremely attentive from reception—especially Samira—to the breakfast servers and even the room maid, and the linens and towels felt high‑quality. The breakfast spread was varied, with plenty of yogurts, breads, cheeses, fruit, a sweets table, pancakes and coffee options. The air‑conditioning, however, left us feeling hot; even on the lowest setting it never got cool, and although the front desk seemed to adjust it, I sensed they weren’t as uncomfortable as we were.

Breakfast was quality and plenty for continental guests, with high‑quality products. The lobby was too noisy because of loud construction work during the peak tourist season.

Very pleasant stay with an excellent location, especially for shopping. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast options were limited but delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Giancarlo and Matteo at breakfast for their kindness and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that each room received only two small bottles of water per day.

“hottible stay”

Location and cleanliness. Worst hotel experince I ever had in rome speciality and arround the world , they didnt respect the comfort for the guest while they making repairs for hotel elevaters with noise and drilling , during all my stay , from 9 am to 5 pm , I coulnt sleep and relax and they offered me another room on my charge and I refused , its was horrible stay and they ruined my vacation
