Amazing atmosphere of a historical still very well maintained mansion with modern facilities. Charming chapel opposite the pool and century old sequoias made an exclusive ambience of the place

“Decebut.”

The gardens and location were nice. The room we received didn’t match our reservation; the bathroom was tiny, and you had to close the bathroom door before entering the toilet. The rest of the room was fine, though it only had one window, which isn’t shown in any Booking catalogue. We paid for a higher category, the hotel wasn’t full, the breakfast was poor and scant, there was little bread and we had to ask for more, and the orange juice had run out. It left a bad impression.

“Descanso ideal”

The surroundings are fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The staff is very friendly, the location is excellent, and we loved the room. There was little staff, so we sometimes had to wait a long time for proper service. The restaurant focused a lot on its guests, and as visitors we occasionally felt secondary. The bathroom smelled damp.

The property is elegant, well‑maintained, and beautiful. The staff was amazing and the place is very dog‑friendly. Loved it and will return.

“Precioso hotel, pero con un servicio muy por debajo de su categoría”

The hotel is beautiful, full of charm, and in an excellent location, and both the food and breakfast are good quality. However, the service disappointed us, especially on the first night. It took over 30 minutes to serve us two glasses of wine, and the explanation was that they didn’t expect that many people that evening. The breakfast was much better: very complete and with quicker service. Overall, we expected the level of attention and professionalism of a 5‑star luxury hotel, and in our experience, it wasn’t that level.
