“Kind and helpful”
The stay was very good. The butler in room 103 was very attentive, warm, responded quickly to any issue, and cared for many details, which made me feel very reassured. After checking out I realized I had left my iPad at the hotel; the staff immediately confirmed it, packed it carefully, and sent it to Hangzhou via SF Express, which was a huge help. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel environment was quiet and beautiful, and overall I was very satisfied. I will choose this place again when I return to Xiamen. Thank you very much!
