The staff here were really nice and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the bathroom was a different story - the towels were old and the toilet wasn't exactly clean, it had a pretty bad smell. And to top it off, the elevator was out of order a lot during the day.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The food was actually pretty good, but the service was slow and a bit lacking. Morning tea service was particularly underwhelming.

Honestly, I was really looking forward to staying here but it just didn't live up. The place felt pretty run down and I didn't love the vibe. Not much to say, it was a bit of a letdown.
