Breakfast and location were good, but I didn’t like the bathroom; the adapted toilet was uncomfortable, hurt my legs, and was very high off the floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful—from reception to the restaurant team (breakfast and dinner), the recreation manager, and everyone else; the location was great for reaching rafting and other activities; the décor was excellent with immaculate gardening; the pool stayed warm even in the cold, and the volleyball and beach‑tennis courts were a nice bonus.

“Uma jóia em Brotas, recomendo”

The staff were helpful from booking through to reception and restaurant, the breakfast and dinner offered many options, the heated pool was spotless, the green area had pleasant bird sounds, and the bed and pillows were comfortable; everything was tidy and clean. The only downside was some guests being rude and loud until the early hours.
