Romantik Hotel Neuhaus

The website said the restaurant would stay open until 22:00, but when we arrived at 21:00 after a long day’s travel it was already closed. The staff were neither interested in explaining why nor in helping us find a solution.

The location is lovely, the breakfast is good, and the wellness area is pleasant. It could use a bit of deep cleaning and fresh paint in some spots.

The relaxed vibe was spot on, as always, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. From the third floor, the view of Lössel is gorgeous. I stayed in a large room in the main building, and the mattress was fantastic, though the futon height was a bit of a challenge for an older woman like me 😂. That’s now reflected in my "customer account". The buffet breakfast was great, especially the coffee, and there were two print newspapers available—no need to be digital all the time 😉

“.. angenehme Zeit, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen”

The breakfast was exactly as it should be, pleasant and good; the outdoor pool was very nice and well‑maintained, though it would have been great to be able to use it from 07:00 h instead of 07:30 h; the natural outdoor areas were wonderful. Even though not everything was brand new, there was nothing that needed to be better.

“Comfortabel hotel , klantvriendelijk personeel en goeie kamer”

I woke up to a great breakfast and a solid restaurant, and the garden with terrace and pool was lovely. The hotel’s calm setting made for a relaxing stay, although the mattress felt too soft and the pillows weren’t comfortable, but otherwise everything was fine.
