Close to the sea, three pools, evening entertainment very professional. It isn’t a five‑star hotel, the food is good but nothing special. They promise a à‑la‑carte restaurant once during your stay, but it’s already fully booked before you arrive, so you can forget about it. The bathtub is clogged, shower heads are dated and full of limescale. The staff seem very inexperienced.

Everything! The staff, the room, the pool, the restaurants. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

They respected the request for adjacent rooms, which was amazing! We even had a private pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The big luxury! We also used two other pools, really top. The reception staff looked down on us, they were not friendly at all and not helpful with customers. They exchanged looks when we asked questions, very dishonest. The airport transfer to the hotel was not carried out even though it had been booked and confirmed by email. We had to call and they were almost dishonest. Same for the return. We had to insist on getting a taxi arranged for the return to the airport. In our two rooms, one was only cleaned at the end of the day. On the last day, the porter saw us loaded with our different suitcases but didn’t think of taking at least my 76‑year‑old mother’s suitcase.
