“Excellent Wildlife Park Hotel with gorgeous views!”
The rooms were spotless and offered great park views; we could hear sea lions in the evening and even spotted penguins. We rented a travel cot, which was ready for us, and we had mentioned in our booking that it was my little boy's birthday, so there were balloons and a postcard in the room—a lovely touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of hot options and attentive staff who kept everything replenished. In the evening we dined at the bistro, where the staff were helpful and friendly. Having extra facilities on each floor, like a microwave and sink, was very useful for sterilising bottles for our 4‑month‑old; any family‑friendly hotel should have those amenities, and I was very impressed.
