The staff were very friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything and always ready to help. I also appreciated that we only needed a personal code to access the property and our room, which was very convenient, simple, and secure.

The reception was pleasant, the rooms were clean, and parking was free. The lobby was tidy and suitable if you’re just staying overnight. The hotel’s exterior looks abandoned and empty, which is startling; the plant pots around the entrance are broken and there are loose stones everywhere. The price‑to‑quality ratio is poor, the interior and bathrooms are all old items, and it’s very expensive.

This was my first time dealing with after‑check‑in procedures at a hotel, and the instructions were clear and informative. The staff’s explanations were courteous and helpful. Thank you for that. Parking was a bit tight, but it was well lit and located on a busy main road, which reduces the risk of break‑ins.
