We enjoyed a nice dinner in the casino, but we couldn’t locate the hotel entrance and had to take an elevator in the casino to the second floor where the front desk was.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the front door was closed for construction, so we had to figure out how to get in and find the reception; my husband’s mobility limits made this harder, and a heads‑up would have helped. At breakfast the coffee ran out and we waited 15 minutes for more—something that never happened anywhere else! The front‑desk clerk was unhelpful and even rude to my husband about the coffee, so overall we probably won’t stay at Tru by Hilton again; we saw it as a temporary shelter for the night.

Breakfast was fine, but the bed was poorly made with crumpled sheets, hair in the bed and shower, a dirty hallway carpet, and there were not enough towels.
