I booked two rooms under the same concept, yet I received two different ones, and I was charged the same amount for both.

The place is very close to the city centre. The hot water was unreliable and had a yellow tint.

Nothing. This hotel had listed itself as “Pay at the Property,” but immediately after I made the booking, they shared their bank account details and asked for a 40% advance payment, threatening to cancel my stay otherwise. When I reached the property, I was informed that my room had been given to someone else because I did not make the advance payment. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. If the hotel requires advance payment, they should not advertise themselves as “Pay at the Property.” I request to take strict action against this property and review their listing, as this creates a very poor and unreliable experience for customers
