The location was spot‑on, the service flawless, and every staff member was outstanding.

The room was tidy, but the facilities didn’t match the price; no shampoo or hand soap was supplied, and after I mentioned it twice the reception still didn’t refill the coffee capsules. The coffee machine was dismantled after the room was cleaned, and when I arrived the security check took an hour just to confirm whether I could keep my hairdryer, even though I’d already asked the reception to arrange something in the room beforehand—yet nothing was done until the third day.

We had an amazing stay; everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, with a balcony and a beautiful view. Mr Karam at reception was friendly, attentive and caring, ensuring we had a great experience. I would definitely return!
