“The stay was OK, but I wouldn't stay again.”

The manager had to come to my room to fix the TV. The coffee maker was broken. Breakfast felt like a joke: it was scheduled for 7:00 am, but coffee didn’t appear until 7:15, and all we got were cold cereal and microwave‑ready sandwiches.

It’s convenient and safe, and the kitchen was great. The room had a lingering smell from the previous guest or a permanent musky odor that could give me a headache.

“Very nice place. Will return again if the need arises.”

The room was very nice, clean, and affordable. We had family issues that forced us to book a room, and we thought we’d need to stay another night, so we booked an extra night in the morning. Things changed during the day and we didn’t need that extra night, but the staff let us cancel it without any fee. Thank you very much! The bed was a little too soft, and there was a lot of noise from the room above, but it stopped by 10:00 pm.

“Excellent stay with food issues.”

The cleaning was spot‑on and the rooms were spacious, with a day clerk who was friendly, well‑versed and communicative, and the rooms came with a full kitchen and full bath; however, the morning clerk was not available, spent her time with family outside smoking, and by 9 a.m. the breakfast was empty and never refilled, while the night clerk took a lot of food home, leaving only boiled eggs and hot chocolate at the breakfast bar.
