There was no customer satisfaction at all, and the room was the most horrifying one I have ever seen.

The room was bright, well equipped, and close to the center, and the breakfast was good, but the staff’s attitude disappointed me; in our “deluxe design” room the hot water stopped running in the shower at night, a technical fault that could happen and is tolerable, yet when we reported it at reception in the morning they simply smiled and said the maintenance person had been trying to fix it for days; I don’t understand why we weren’t immediately offered another room; I reported the situation again through support and they didn’t bother to respond; for a four‑star hotel this approach is truly shocking.
