The place is gorgeous, well kept, everything works smoothly, and the spot by the Cauca River is lovely. Melissa was super attentive and friendly. The only thing that could use a tweak is the Wi‑Fi.

Everything was spot on – service, facilities, friendliness, location. I couldn't find any downside.

The staff were great, the place was peaceful and beautiful. The only hiccup was the pool not being cleaned the next day, so we couldn't use it.
