This hotel really knows how to make you feel welcome. The staff are super friendly and polite, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions you might have. The room service is also top-notch, with delicious food that's always on time. The Bedroom was a real treat, with its luxurious feel making me feel like royalty. However, there were a few minor issues that let it down, like not having water in the jugs when I arrived.

This place was a total letdown from the start. The room I got had no view at all - not even a glimpse of the road outside, which was pretty weird since I didn't see any other guests around. To make matters worse, the next morning I woke up to find out there was no running water in the hotel, and I had to wait for 20 minutes before I could even take a shower. And to top it all off, the towels were dirty. Needless to say, I didn't have a great time here.
