The location is excellent, just two minutes on foot from Ulan Bator’s central square and the airport buses. The breakfast is good, and the hotel staff show professionalism. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator.

The location is excellent and very central. Reception staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, with a big comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The room was small, a little overheated, and the air‑con made a bit of noise.

I stayed here six times in two months in Mongolia; every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the man who checks vouchers at breakfast. The breakfast was great, and the luggage storage was very convenient. The carpet and paint are starting to look a bit old, but that's all.
