The room was spacious, the staff and security guard were friendly. The equipment was a bit worn, for example the bathroom door was hard to close and made an unpleasant noise, and the sink faucet was clogged and dirty. But given the price and location, it was okay.

Nothing positive. The staff were unhelpful and spoke almost no English. I understand Vietnam’s context and dislike tourists demanding English at convenience stores and local eateries, but after living here for two years I know that hospitality workers in Danang’s tourist hub should know some English—Indians, Russians, everyone speaks it. I booked through the system, but they were full and only hours after my booking was confirmed they said there was no room. They wouldn’t give a full refund or rebook me for another night.
