The rooms were brand‑new, huge, and spotless, overlooking a private garden that opens onto a pedestrian path circling the lake, and the room next to the lake was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that the listing said pets were allowed but didn’t mention the extra fee; I’m fine paying it, but it should be clear that the fee depends on the dog’s size. Now only small “bag‑dog” breeds are accepted, which I love, while the others feel a bit downgraded.

The couple running the place were very nice and friendly. The back garden is beautiful, and the view of the lake is gorgeous. The restaurant had good service and very good food, and it was reasonably priced. The included breakfast offered a wide assortment including pastries, ham, cheese, hard‑boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, and coffee, etc. There was no elevator, which is common in Italy, and the owner carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. Thank you 🙂
