I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a dirty space filled with the stench of a dead cockroach. The bed sheets and pillows were stained and hadn't been replaced, which made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also unhygienic, with a clogged drain and a musty smell. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns.
