The location was good. However, there was no soap at the sink (only a dispenser in the shower), the elevator didn’t work, and nobody answered any messages or phone calls.

“Engaño.”

I booked an apartment with a living room and two bedrooms, but they handed us two separate rooms in a hallway, one without a private bathroom. The photos didn’t match reality at all, and the elevator was broken.

I really liked the location, close to Plaza de España, the Royal Palace, Gran Via, and the metro. The check‑in instructions were also great—everything was clear, we found the keys easily, and the night arrival was important for us. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy.

The building’s good location was what convinced us to book the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was outside the room, in the hallway, which took away privacy and felt a bit uncomfortable, especially at night to avoid disturbing other guests. Also, a lot of street noise (cars, motorcycles, people talking, etc.) leaked in, making the nights quite heavy.
