Parking is convenient. The bedding is pastel but very synthetic; please replace it.

“Pino House w Zakopanem – udany i komfortowy pobyt”

We rate our stay at Pino House very positively and can recommend it with confidence. The property is a bit farther from the noisy center, which was a huge advantage for us because it allowed us to rest in peace. Thanks to the nearby bus stop, we could reach any place by public transport without using a car. The surrounding area was also a big help – shops and restaurants nearby serve tasty food at a low price. We really liked our room – it’s beautifully and tastefully furnished. The wooden tables and atmospheric paintings that capture the spirit of nature fit perfectly with the mountain style. The modern bathroom and the wonderful view from our balcony were also appreciated. We also liked the contactless check‑in and check‑out; the instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was efficient, friendly, and trouble‑free. Regarding cleanliness, everything was in excellent order. The only thing we think could be improved is towel washing – we always use our own, but for other guests this detail might be noticeable. The mattress was a bit too firm for us, though we understand that it’s a matter of personal preference and may suit those who like firmer sleep. In summary, we had a truly enjoyable time here and would gladly return on our next visit to Zakopane!

We arrived and didn’t receive any code or instructions on how to get the keys from the room; we had to call and search for them, and the language barrier made it quite complicated.

The place was clean and tidy, and the balcony offered a view of the mountains. The location was convenient, with a Żabka store, a bus stop, a pizza place, a café, and a pharmacy nearby, and the Kasparyov Vek lift was also close. The room was small for three people, with only two chairs for three guests, no wardrobe or hanging rails, just a dresser and a wall hook for jackets and hoodies. A tiny fridge sat right next to the sofa. Each guest received only one towel for four days, so we had to reuse the same towel for showering, washing hands, legs, and face—by the last days they were dirty.
