The breakfast was excellent and the staff met our requests.

Breakfast was varied and fresh; the lady present was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always spotless. You could ask a lot over WhatsApp and get answers from a “good spirit.” A second armchair in the room would have been nice. German‑language TV channels were blocked or had very bad picture quality.
