The restaurant is excellent, but the hotel urgently needs renovation; the furniture is old and worn, everything feels a bit dirty, and the pillowcase had stains. I can't understand the good ratings at all, and the price/value is very poor.

Everything was perfect! Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect!

The location was excellent, PB Vélo was free, parking in front was free, there were a seat and beach towels, patio access was great, the bed was very comfortable, it was right on the promenade for morning runs, the hotel bar was great, the nearby coffee shop (KONOS) was top, and the gym was free at 5’. The staff were almost absent, not very friendly, the decor was on point, the AC was very noisy (you could hear neighbors and it vibrated all night), there was no free water in the room, and no vanity kit.

The spot was perfect. The bathroom doors slightly intruded on privacy, and the beds could be more comfortable.

First off, the staff is amazing. Extremely welcoming and was available for any need. I had booked the surf pad 6 months in advance. Somehow, there was an update with there system and our reservation got changed to a normal room. After calling to confirm the reservation and discuss the issue, without hesitation, they upgraded us to an ocean front suite. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The complimentary champagne and welcome cocktails were just an extra touch that made it even more special. We cant wait for our next SD trip. We will absolutely be returning to the 23!. That our trip was too short
