The staff, including everyone at reception, were all very nice. I have to formally complain about my recent stay: from the moment I entered the room, the cleanliness was shocking—there was a strong musty odor, visible dirt and stains, and several strands of hair left behind. The bathroom door, television, and other areas also showed stains and were clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The most serious problem happened on check‑out day: while walking toward the elevator, I heard a loud electrical short‑circuiting sound from the ceiling followed by sparks. A staff member nearby explained that a technician was replacing a light bulb. I found this extremely concerning because guests were not warned that electrical work was happening in an area where people were walking, creating a serious safety hazard. If I had been injured by the fault or falling debris, who would take responsibility? A hotel must provide a clean and safe environment. My experience was very disappointing in terms of both cleanliness and safety, and I cannot recommend this hotel. I strongly urge the hotel to investigate this incident and review its maintenance procedures when guests are present.
