I genuinely enjoyed the simple Malaysian-style breakfast. The room initially appeared reasonably comfortable, and the soundproofing of the walls was good. The overall noise level was high due to the loud outdoor air-conditioning unit and bathroom ventilation that could not be switched off. There was visible mould in the bathroom, including around the bathroom door and higher up in the bathroom. The mould around the door bothered me so much that I ended up removing it myself, as I could not simply ignore it. The bidet hose was unusable due to water leaking from the side, and the bathroom tap was loose. Housekeeping was disappointing. My room was not serviced during my stay. I would have appreciated at least fresh towels and an emptied bin. Most concerningly, someone entered my room on the day of departure despite the “Do Not Disturb” indicator being switched on while I was either having breakfast or showering. I discovered a second room key card left on top of my wardrobe. When I reported this at checkout, the response was simply “Oh, thank you”, without any meaningful explanation or acknowledgement of the privacy concern

Le personnel réactif et serviable, la taille de la chambre, la proximité des commerces et du centre commercial, bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner peu varié et pas très savoureux
