The view from the bedroom of Mt Fuji was incredible. Super friendly staff and delicious dinner - highly recommend. Comfy beds and parking. Nice not to be in a super touristy part of the lake but close to everything if you have a car. The bathroom light automatically comes on every time you go in to the bathroom or toilet which lights up the bedroom during the night

The luxury in every detail. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every little thing. The place is spotless, with a spectacular view of the lake and Fuji… Amenities like yukatas, robes, and a private onsen make the place extraordinary!

Stunning view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is nice, new, well‑equipped, and comfortable, but it still lacks a soul. The reception is professional, standard for a generic chain hotel.

The view was amazing and the staff were really friendly. You have the best view of Fuji from your hotel room! Waking up and seeing Mount Fuji was a highlight!
