Spacious room, comfortable beds, nothing else.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the vibe feels like a family home, and the price matches the quality. The bathroom is a bit small, the mattress in my room is very soft, and during busy times the parking space is relatively limited.
