“應為不為”
The staff at the hotel were all incredibly enthusiastic, which really made the experience great – I can't give a lower score without them. On the downside, the room had many small issues for the price: the mirror was dusty, the mini‑fridge seemed to have a cooling problem because it was trapped in the cabinet and couldn't dissipate heat, and the bathroom had mold. The toilet light was too dim and the overall bathroom vibe felt dull; you could barely tell if it was clean or not. Since the place had been renovated, I expected better, but the lobby’s plywood boat design and the interior pool’s glazed ceramic tiles were beautiful. The 42‑degree pool actually didn’t feel like 42 degrees, and the game room was packed with billiards, snooker, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade, PSP, Switch, and the restaurant at Naru Bay had great food and décor – all done superbly. Overall, there were many highlights, but a few flaws still stood out.
