Hotel Kaiserhof

“Schönes Wochenende in einer tollen Stadt.”

The room was nice, the value for money was good, the location was central and the breakfast was great; the staff were very friendly. The parking was full, and in this area it’s extremely difficult to find anything.

“Ligging perfect maar er zijn verbeterpunten….”

The location is ideal for visiting Munster, and you can charge bicycles outside the hotel. The breakfast and parking are heavily priced for what’s offered. Rooms are only cleaned and inspected on days 2 and 4, and this is communicated to you on arrival as an environmental choice; it should be made clear beforehand if you want to opt out, otherwise it’s a taken-for-granted fact. The bathroom has very few features: a tiny shower cabin with a very high step-in, a very low toilet that looks outdated. The hotel is hard to navigate for people with mobility issues, with many stairs and only one elevator, causing long waits. Rooms were on the 5th floor.

The breakfast had a fairly high price, but it was perfect; the rolls came from a baker, with a rich selection for everyone, and the location near Münster was superb—everything is quickly reachable. I had problems with the bed and couldn’t sleep well.

“Ideal für Münster Trip zwischen Altstadt und Hafen”

The staff were extremely friendly and competent, and even during peak booking times there were no wait times. The parking is very convenient, right at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and the beds were good.
