The decor was nice and the mix of modern, farm, and industrial vibes really stood out; the location was convenient to my final destination, and the coffee was great. My daughter enjoyed the stay, and we all liked the overall aesthetic. Breakfast was fair, especially since I arrived on a Sunday, but the new restaurant opening could offer more options. The food itself was good and the cost was fair.

The location was solid, and the exercise and game room were enjoyable. However, the floor might not have been vacuumed, and a water bottle was left in the bathroom.

I loved the decor, the staff were excellent, and the place was very clean.

The location and decor were good. We requested a complete cleaning of our room one day, giving the hotel more than 24 hours notice. When we returned, dirty towels were found under the bathroom sink, and the bed covers were only partially made. We did receive new towels and the garbage was emptied, but that was all. The front desk seemed to have no solution when we mentioned the issue. We stayed for 3 nights and have visited this hotel many times when I come to Kenosha.

It was a lovely hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, and the bar/restaurant were great! It was a gorgeous day, but the rooftop bar wasn’t open.
