“Won’t be staying here again even if it was free.”

At least the hotel was quiet, but there were roaches in the rooms, the sheets hadn't been changed and it was a hassle to have them changed. They tried to charge me for an extra night when I couldn't check out by 11:30 because I had to work overtime the night shift before. The rooms listed as non‑smoking still smelled of smoke, the bathroom had zero water pressure and only about 5 minutes of hot water, and there was no shower curtain. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel’s proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants was convenient, yet the manager wouldn’t cooperate when I accidentally double‑booked a day; he tried to charge me the full cancellation fee and this isn’t the first time I’ve faced that from the management here.
